We believe in empowering our community to self-regulate through ratings and reviews, but we also actively monitor for violations and take action to protect our users.

Be Honest and Transparent
Provide accurate descriptions and photos of items. Disclose any defects or issues upfront.
Communicate Respectfully
Use polite language and professional tone in all interactions. Avoid harassment, discrimination, or offensive content.
Honor Your Commitments
Follow through on rental agreements. If plans change, notify the other party as soon as possible.
Respect Property
Treat rented items with care. Return items clean and in the same condition you received them.
Respond Promptly
Reply to messages and requests within 24 hours. Quick responses create better experiences for everyone.
Leave Honest Feedback
Provide truthful, constructive reviews. Help others make informed decisions through your experiences.
What's Not Allowed
Scams and Fraud
No misrepresentation, fake listings, or attempts to deceive other users. All information must be accurate and truthful.
Harassment and Abuse
No bullying, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or other protected characteristics.
Spam and Manipulation
No spam, fake reviews, vote manipulation, or artificial inflation of ratings. All interactions must be genuine.
Illegal Activity
No illegal items, services, or activities. This includes stolen goods, prohibited substances, weapons, or anything violating local laws.
Circumventing the Platform
All transactions must go through rentA. No off-platform payments or attempts to avoid service fees.
Multiple Accounts
One account per user. No creating fake accounts to manipulate ratings, avoid bans, or deceive others.
Enforcement and Consequences

You can report users, listings, or messages directly through the platform. All reports are reviewed by our support team within 24-48 hours. We take every report seriously and investigate thoroughly.
Reports are confidential, and we protect reporters from retaliation. You can also remain anonymous when submitting a report if you prefer.
